All aspects of this project were done efficiently, professionally and the outcome exceeded my expectations.

Communications were frequent and informative. Two maple tree stumps were removed via excavator, vs. grinding/chipping.

This resulted in the area being free of roots and debris. I am very happy with the results. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. Pictures include before and after.

Keone went above and beyond in his work on our farm. His intense attention to detail was so impressive! It was incredible to watch him and his equipment get into small spaces and throughly clean up any brush. He left the areas fully graded and ready for seed, much more so than other companies we’ve worked with. We could not be happier with his work, the way he left the site and the overall experience of working with him.

We hired Keone to transform our property from extremely overgrown with several boggy areas to a beautifully open park like property with no more boggy spots. Hiring him was the best decision we could have made and it was the best money we have ever spent when it comes to our property.

He first logged all of the unwanted trees and cleared all of the thick underbrush and blackberries that consumed our property. He then addressed the three boggy spots that always turn into a soft muddy area when it rains due to pour drainage. He stabilized the soft areas and installed a massive drainage system in both the front and back of the house.

The new drainage system solved the water pooling under the house issues we were having as well as the boggy areas! Keone also poured us a large concrete slab and installed new chain link fencing around our property.

We had many unwanted stumps that he also took care for us with ease. Keone's work and professionalism is outstanding, he's a great communicator and he made us feel comfortable and well informed on how to best solve all of the issues we were having with our property.

We highly recommend Keone and are so grateful for all of the work he did to transform our property and make it useable for us to actually get to enjoy.

PNW TimberGhost recently helped us by removing eleven very large Douglas Fir trees from our property. The trees removed were causing extreme damage to our driveway. Keone and crew worked quickly and safely, removed the trees and stacked them for the logger to take to the mill. PNW Timberghost Gave me a prompt, competitive quote and appointment. They arrived on time and set right to work. It was not a huge job but one requiring some finesse and planning. There were adjacent house power lines that had to be avoided and a Cedar fence and thin concrete slab with a curb directly underneath the tree. Also our elevated deck nearby. The climber was a pro and with the owner as ground man the tree was lowered piece by piece safely. Cleanup and haul off was excellent. All aspects of the job were handled professionally. I would not hesitate to PNWTG again!

We had 11 massive cottonwood trees, 7 large douglas firs and 10 big cedars that needed to be removed. We contacted PNW TimberGhost Land Management Services to come out and do an onsite assessment to get a quote.

Keone is a very kind, clear and transparent communicator. We were left with no unanswered questions throughout the entire process and he made sure that we were on the same page with no surprises. Keone came out the other day to give us a free estimate. He was late but explained the unavoidable circumstances.

He was professional and listened to my concerns about the stump to be removed.

His original plan was to grind the stump, but that was not able to be done due to the underground utilities being right underneath the stump. He came up with a second plan and quickly removed the stump, filled the hole with dirt, and cleaned up the area.

Now you can hardly tell that a stump was there in the first place, and the slight mound may settle as the dirt gets further compressed.

Keone and his crew did an outstanding job removing some large and in a couple cases, very incredibly stubborn stumps from our recently logged section of our property. They expertly backfilled all the holes with existing material and dirt on our property and you can't tell there used to be stumps or trees there. We definitely appreciate all their hard work and expert services.

Keone is polite, considerate, and definitely a hard worker, he got the job done in one day when we offered to let him come back so he wasn't out too late, but he got it done and it all looked great the next day!
